That said, we recommend that you do purchase at least one of The Paddy Caddy carriers so that you can perform demonstrations in person and in photos or videos for your social media or website. We will provide you with the information you need so that you demonstrate how to attach and remove The Paddy Caddy from a SUP. How to Get Started as a Paddy Caddy Independent Sales Representative

  1. Read the FAQs below.
  2. Submit your application & signed agreement to become an Independent Sales Representative by clicking here or the button below.
  3. Whitelist our domain so that you receive all emails from @thepaddycaddy.com
  4. Once accepted, you will receive a link to your Affiliate Dashboard where you will see your unique URL and coupon code.
  5. Go make sales wherever you find a potential customer. This could be on location by the beach or lake, in line at the movie theater or supermarket, or even on your website.
  6. Get paid each week for all commissions you make the previous week. Payments begin 2 weeks after your first sale, and will be made the 2nd week Friday’s to your PayPal.

FAQs

Q: What is the commission rate?

A. We offer 2 commission rates based on your monthly sales.

  • 25% commission is  the base commission rate for all products on our website.
  • 35% commission is available for sellers who sell 100+ products a month consistently over a 3-month period. More information about this opportunity in the legal agreement.
  • Special bonuses and commissions for top performers.

Q: How long is the cookie duration?

A: We give a generous 60-day cookie to our affiliates! (Read about affiliate tracking cookies here).

Q: Do you pay any hourly rate, or provide insurance or other employee benefits? 

A: No, we do not. This is a 100% contract business opportunity in which you are paid in commission only. You will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, etc. US residents will be required to report sales above $600 to the IRS via a 1099 form, which will be issued to you by PayPal. Any questions about taxes should be placed with your personal tax professional, as we cannot give you tax advice.

Q: Do I have to make an investment to get started?

A: There is no investment required to get started! You are not required to buy The Paddy Caddy, nor is it necessary for all sellers, especially those who will primarily be selling online, as you can use our videos and photos to help your sales.

That said, we recommend that you do purchase at least one of The Paddy Caddy carriers so that you can perform demonstrations in person and in photos or videos for your social media or website.

Q: Do you provide advertising media such as business cards, or brochures? 

A: We do not provide any printed media via mail (when visiting your city for sale seminars, we will provide a few printed business cards to get you started); however, we do have all logos available in vector format for you to download and create your own media with. We will also provide you with a template for business cards with your unique link and coupon code on it that you may use to print business cards to hand out to potential customers from your own printer. 

Q: How do you provide training and product information, marketing campaign instructions, etc. to Affiliate Sales Reps?

A: We will provide all this information in a knowledge base we are developing. Once you’re accepted, you will be provided with a link to create your account, so you can log in and learn more about the product, download media, and ask questions directly in article comments.

Q: How often will I be paid? 

A: Payments for all commissions will be paid for the prior week to your PayPal account every Friday. Your first week of commissions will start on Monday and go through Sunday. You will be paid any commissions you earn in any given week on the following Friday. 

Q: What is the minimum commissions I must earn to receive payout? 

A: There is no minimum commission, whatever you have earned for a given week will be paid to you on the following Friday. 

Q: Can I customize my referral URL?

A: Yes, we allow you to use your name or your social media handle, so long as it is not offensive.

Q: What is the best way to find prospective customers for The Paddy Caddy? 

A: One of the best ways to sell The Paddy Caddy is by hosting demonstrations right by the water’s edge of the popular SUP spots in your city. Hosting private parties is another way you can make sales to several individuals at once. You may also sell using your unique link online on social media such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc. 

Q: Is there a quota?  

A: No, there is no quota. You can sell as few or as many as you’d like. 

Q: Can I sell The Paddy Caddy online? 

A: Yes, you can sell The Paddy Caddy online using social media or your own website. 

Q: Will I lose commission if a customer makes a return? 

A: No, you will not lose any commissions. We do not accept returns, only exchanges, so you can be assured you will not be at risk for losing any commissions due to a customer having an issue with a product sent to them.
