Warranties
The Paddy Caddy comes with a limited 1-year warranty. You can purchase additional coverage. Read below for more information about our warranty programs.
1 Year Limited Warranty
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- If in the event you experience a problem with your Paddy Caddy, please go to the Request Warranty page to request service.
- We may require that you send us photo and/or video evidence of the issue.
- There is no coverage for accidental damage or loss caused by the customer.
- In the unlikely event you experience a manufacturing issue, we will send you either new parts, or a new Paddy Caddy depending on the nature of the issue.
Warranty Upgrades
- We will require that you send us photo and/or video evidence of the issue.
- We may request that you send the defective unit back. Furthermore, we will pay for all shipping to and from our facility.
- In the unlikely event you experience a manufacturing issue, we will send you a either new parts, or a new Paddy Caddy depending on the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, however we are happy to replace your Paddy Caddy in the event is experiences a manufacturing issue within the first 30 days of ownership. We will require proof of the issue in the form of photos and/or videos. Please go to the Request Warranty page to request service.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will use your current shipping information in your account to send you a replacement. Please make sure that your account information is up-to-date.
Repair Services
If your warranty has lapsed, you have the option of shipping The Paddy Caddy to us for repair work. Send us a message from the Contact Us page for more information.
